Redemption is here!

Well, after finishing the long process of writing, re-drafting (and re-drafting again and again), sending off to the editor, making the necessary changes, laying up the book, designing the cover and finding a new and fabulous printer, Redemption, the sequel to The Contest is now available in paperback.

You may think I can now sit back, relax, and watch the books fly out the door. I wish, but sadly no ... now the real hard stuff begins - the dreaded marketing.

I've read so many authors posts about how difficult it is and it is so very complicated when one is not very social media savvy, but as always I try to remember that timeless saying ... 'If it was easy, then we'd all be doing it'. Have to say I heard that one quite a bit when I was a teenager, and now I say it to my two teenagers ... hmm.

So, the long hours at the computer and the remembering off passwords, stress of not getting them right, irritation of thinking I've got them right and being told I haven't got them right begins ... and that's just for starters!

Why do I do this to myself? Because I love writing and would love to share my stories with those of you that like reading the same genre.
